Meet the Founder
Stella Charmpa is the Founder and Managing Director of Stellar Discovery, with over 16 years of international experience across consulting, financial services, regulatory environments and large-scale transformation programmes.
Having held senior roles at EY, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and HSBC, Stella has led and advised on investigations, eDiscovery, data governance, regulatory response and transformation initiatives. She was also seconded to the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), supporting complex regulatory and investigative matters.
Stella holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Crete, Greece and a postgraduate qualification in Computer Security and IT Law from King's College London. Committed to continuous learning, she is currently completing an ICF-accredited Executive Coaching certification.
Stella founded Stellar Discovery with a simple belief: discovery is not only about data and technology—it is about people. Alongside her advisory work, she supports professionals navigating career transitions and leadership challenges.
